 Delivery and packaging
Once I eventually managed to contact 1StAudioVisual, which in itself is not easy. I was promised delivery on three separate days. Having taken the days off work the TV never turned up. Items are shown as in stock and they are not, once your money is taken there is no urgency to supply the goods and cancelling your order is frustratingly slow. They may be cheap but beware if you need your goods within a couple of weeks.
