I love Achica, have never spent so much money on one website as I do here! Must log in to see the new sales every day ... yes, the delivery speed is slow, but once the stuff arrives its always a winner :)

Achica prices are great.
Some of the delivery times take a while but this is the nature of the website and its always stated when things are expected to get delivered. They use DPD for delivery which is fantastic as they will text you and ask which is the best day to come - this helps a lot and for that reason 4/5 stars.
My issues is the with the cashpack payments - I have a claim more then 4 months old. Other retailers are much faster and would catch my eye because of that.
Excellent products, genuine deals and great customer service.

I love this site and have used it from early days and much has improved, the customer service especially by Rebecca is fantastic - (wish all my staff could be as good). Packaging can sometimes let them down, so far received a smashed £500 table, broken side table and 2 items lost/stolen in transit. Returns for the odd occasion used are spot on. I worry about service from web based companies aka - Groupon - awful - Apple direct - awful - but ACHICA is up there with the best, with the likes of Amazon. The new tracking site is good.
For people who moan about the delays I think you are missing the point as to how they work, the order not placed until the sale over, they then have to receive delivery themselves or the supplier sends direct, this will always be longer than a company with a warehouse full of (expensive) stock - hence the deals.

Excellent retailer, and its Quidco payment process is one of the fastest out there. Doesn't score well on delivery, but that is just the nature of the website, and it is transparent about the fairly long lead times/estimated delivery dates. As long as you're not in a hurry for something, it's fine!

I think I'm adicted to Achica.I always find there something nice for my house to buy.Even if I need to waut for delivery a month it is still worth to buy from this website...Love it.

The website is very good as are the prices delivery time was long, The item did not track so a bit disappointed, also taking a long time through customer support to get any answers regarding cashback.

Achica products are good quality, but the speed and timing of delivery is not ideal. Estimated delivery dates are often wrong also. That said, you do get significant discounts - a trade off really.

I found the website easy to use & the products listed on the site excellent. I've made two purchases now and on both occasions, whilst the delivery time has been 4 weeks after purchase, the efficiency of the deliver, with regular emails & texts, was exceptional.
My only gripe, regarding the cashback, is that I've received my second (smaller) cashback but not the first. I'm still waiting for this since a purchase on 26 December.

Product took a little longer than I expected, however the packaging was personalised with a birthday message so I expect this was why. Very pleased with purchase. Tracked quickly. Bought the item at the beginning of December and cashback was confirmed and received in February. Cashback was offered on all products.

Achica is one of my favourite shops, and have had my custom for a long time before I've discovered cashaback benefits. Quidco is just another tiny incentive, but it's worth to shop at Achica even without it!

I have used Achica for about a year now and really recommend going to their site daily so you don't miss any bargains that you may need or you can put away for future birthday or Christmas presents. I know it can take weeks for delivery (I actually like the wait, it's like Christmas!). Anyone who complains about the wait for delivery obviously does not understand the concept of ACHICA. I also know the quality and prices from ACHICA are second to none and certainly worth the wait!
I know it takes weeks for cash back to be paid but at 10% and often other special offers available, again worth the wait!
No matter what customer service query I have had in the past has been dealt with efficiently and always to my satisfaction.

I have been using achica for some time now and have saved myself a fortune.
They stock lots of different brands and at a fraction of the price you'd pay in the shops or on other websites.
Cash back is always paid.
Can't fault them.

Achica are an excellent site - they bring together some amazing deals but you need to double check that other websites are not offering the same product for less.
One big disadvantage is that Achica only purchase their stock after orders are taken and this can result in several weeks of delay in delivery and in this world of Internet eCommerce, we are used to next day or 2 day delivery from most vendors.
Finally, one more irritant is that Achica charge £4.95 to £9.95 delivery which means that I cannot purchase many small items - what a wasted opportunity on their part. They should find ways of lowering P&P or even including that in their pricing because that is a massive turn off.
In terms of quality of goods sold, they are authentic and their customer service is really excellent.

I am very happy with my Achica purchase. Their product range allowed me to purchase exactly what I wanted, at a good price. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. In addition, I have received nearly £20 cashback!

Purchase wasn't tracked initially so had to raise a claim. Two months later, we're still waiting for payment. Delivery was quite slow too but this is to be expected with most Achica purchases.

There are some great bargains to be found on the Achica site especially with the cashback and discount vouchers offered here and, although delivery is slow due to the process in place, everything I've ordered has arrived within the one hour delivery slot I've been advised of.
I did receive one faulty product (a manufacturing fault) and I was very impressed with the response from customer service.
I just wish the cashback could be paid more quickly - it's taken an average of 5 months for mine to be confirmed and paid.

Good range of unusual products. Stock changes daily and often have a good bargain on offer, sign up to the email update and check out what's on offer. Delivery can sometimes be slow, but worth the wait. No quibble returns. Good to do business with.

Great retailer with some cracking offers, delivery can be a little later than some retailers but they do clearly state when they expect them to leave the warehouse and you get plenty of e-mails keeping you upto date. They offer an eclectic mix of goods and I have already purchased some usual Christmas gifts....Not a member yet, it's free qive them a whirl you won't be dissapointed.

Good range of products but with some suppliers have had delays on delivery and cashback has been very slow. However customer service team are quick to respond.
Ok for personal gifts that you can easily wait for but if buying for someone else as a gift buy with caution as may not arrive in time!
