Average speed on tracking and paying but vaguely in line with the general cashback values for flights so generally happy with the retailer.
Must mention that two of my previous claims (out of approx 8 - as I travel with them quite often) got rejected for no apparent reason (some reason was given but did not fly) but seems to be getting better now.
I thought i'd done everything properly to get my cashback. I've just been declined...why? Because my computer has me automatically logged onto my Aer Lingus account, which for some reason invalidated payment. Why should I be ineligble just because I have an EI account? It's supposed to make buying flights easier.
Never received my cashback and they closed the case so i coundf not go any futher with it. Said i will not received any cashback because my flight originated out of Ireland even though it started in Manchester, uk.
I book LHR-DUB flights for business travel, and have been doing so for most of this year. Well fianlly my first flight i booked back in May 2012 has been paid in Oct 2012. So 5 months..... i have at least another 10-20 bookings tracked yet not paid, i expect to be paid those in the next few months.
I live in London so im ecstatic that i can get 3.0% off cashback, especially as i claim it back via my company as expenses. I feel sorry for the irish buys flying over to london to work and not being applicable for any cashback.
The quidco tracking has been perfect, buying a ticket on the Aer Lingus site is easy, they even support BA Miles, and their planes are usually on time (i fly a lot and they are better than most including BA!)
Cant complain - wish they would speed up thier cashback - 5 months is a long time! but its better than nothing.

Aer lingus is terrible for honouring cash back claims. It will take months to find out what is going on and will probably be rejected unless you are prepared to fight for your claim, this thanks time and effort and for a few pounds is it worth it? This is not a one off experience I book at least one flight a month with the company. If you are looking for a good, fast paying cash back I cannot recomend Aer Lingus!
I have booked several flights through Quidco with aerlingus- have booked 2 in the last 2 weeks- no track shown at all.
Also the booking preocedure is very clever adding the booking fee £12 not realising that if you look closely you do not have to pay this if you pay by electron- at least ryanair tell you this clearly before you pay.
Why is it that Aer Lingus will pay cashback to someone who flys London to Belfast but not the other way around? It's a crazy policy to discriminate against Irish travellers this way. Ironically if you book two single flights then you get cashback on the return flight!
MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH ENTIRE BOOKING PROCESS AND ALSO CASH BACK WAS DECLINED. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO TOP IT OFF HAD ISSUES WITH THERE JET BLUE INTERNAL FLIGHT IN USA TOO. TAKE MY ADVICE NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!
