Couldn't believe my luck today, £40 cashback notice from Quidco, wow what did I buy that qualified for that I thought. First chance I get I check my account and find its from Affordable mobiles tracked and confirmed 1 year to the day, all other aspects were great but this was disappointing.

Order iphone 5 on a pretty sweet contract, tracking came through pretty quickly, email order confirmation came through reasonably quickly. I was aware there would be up to a 7 day delay in the order being received by me, phoned today to be told no stock, no idea when it'll be in, check my email regularly and they'll send something when its been dispatched!!! No the best. Contemplating cancelling now. Update 11/02/13 - Cancelled order as no date for new stock. Cancellation process was pretty easy to be fair to them, money refunded within 2 working days.

Affordable phones give an excellent service. Their customer services deal with queries promptly and politely. Delivery is by parcel force so is far less of an issue to collect a parcel or rearrange delivery than with other couriers.

The company itself is ok, no issue with it. Helpline took bout 10 minutes to get through too, but issue dealt with very swiftly. Lots of negative feedback on review sites, but no issues for my order. But I ordered phone in April, didn't track, claim raised in May, its now Jan 13 and no cashback...
