Confirmation of Sales:

All policies will be run through extensive confirmation checks and cashback will only be paid on valid policies as per the Terms and Conditions. The cashback process may take up to 90 days.

You will not be eligible for the offer and will not receive cashback on your order if:

• Your policy is cancelled within 90 days from the commencement date of your policy
• Your policy is identified as fraudulent. This may be due to reasons such as, but not exclusively; incorrect or false personal details, bank account details, contact details and/or false address details
• Any fraudulent transactions will be rejected and your account removed immediately
• Your policy has not been tracked fully through Quidco links
• Your selected payment method is by Direct Debit
• You do not have a valid Credit/Debit card

How to ensure your cashback claim is successful:

In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the American Express® Home Insurance site via Quidco. A new quote must be generated and purchased directly. If the quote has been generated via another site (such as a comparison site) or advertisement, the sale will not be attributed to Quidco and you will not receive your cashback. To ensure the policy is tracked and you receive your cashback please make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled within your web browser, and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window. You must use a valid Credit/Debit card as your selected method of payment for this retailer.

Other Important information:

Cashback for American Express Home Insurance applies to combined home building and contents policies only. Cashback payments will be made within 90 days of a sale being confirmed by the retailer. If you choose to cancel your policy, or your policy is cancelled before 90 days from the commencement date of your cover, you will not be eligible for cashback. If you cancel your policy after 90 days from the commencement date of your cover, you will be charged a cancellation fee as per the Terms and Conditions of your policy. Quidco will be fulfilling all successful cashback claims. All queries relating to unsuccessful cachback claims, or questions about your cashback claim should be raised solely and directly with Quidco.
