While Ann Summers is great and its nice to have cashback to save a little more money, it's poor on the length of time it takes to pay up. Oct 2013 - paid April 2013...... not brilliant.

I see today that they are claiming they will pay by June for items purchased in April. I bought something in October 2012 and have still not been paid, so I would have to say I am rather sceptical about them paying quickly.

Cash back takes at least 6 months every time. I returned items for refund and only got a partial refund. Three emails, and one letter later and I'm still out of pocket. I'm not dealing with this company anymore.

I have placed so many orders with Ann Summers and have so many Cashback's tracked but not yet confirmed. They recently confirmed a Cashback on the 17 Jan 2013 which I placed in December 2011. That says it all!

Never have I experienced such a slow tracking or payment as I have from this retailer. The product was packaged well and delivered on time, but never again will i be using this retailer to earn cashback!

I used Quidco with this retailer in March. it is now January and I am yet to hear anything about the cash back. My advice is to not factor in the cash back in your purchase and to seriously consider another retailer - if they cannot get cash back to work then what will their returns service be like??? J

I used quidco with this retailer in June... it is now Janurary and I am yet to hear anything about the cashback. My advice is: if you have a choice between this retailer and another, use another!

As the other reviewers have said, you may be waiting a long time for cashback from Ann Summers. I have been waiting since December 2011 for cashback to be paid....definitely not the average 4 month payment speed as stated!

If you want paying I'd advise to go to another retailer rather than Ann Summers track your order is fine but getting you're cashback you can forget it been Waiting since Nov 2011 for cashback still waiting..... terrible for cashback.

Tracked the same day. Goods arrived promptly, but I've been waiting over 6 months for the cashback. Don't believe the payment received within 4 months, which is stated on the Quidco page. It's innacurate in my case anyway.
