Intially Cashback was Declined. After seeing my negative review the company took good intiative and appropriate action to resolve my issue. I am very pleased with the way the company made an effort to ensure that they read all reviews and take necceasry postive action to resolve and problems. My cashback has been reinsated. The parking was also very satisfactory.

Cash back didn't track, raised claim then declined due to cash back being credited to another channel - how? Never heard of them before!

APH are great! Always a fast and efficient service we have never waited more than 5 mins for the coach on our return journeys from the airport. The payment through Quidco has also been quick.

This is the second time we've used this company for parking at Newcastle airport and really couldn't fault them at all. Great friendly welcome at 4am, professional approach, quick transfer to and from the airport (took less than 5mins) with minimal wait time - I think this took less time than it would have to walk from the airports own car park! Car was all ready when we got back to the car park for a speedy get away (exactly what's needed after a 17hr flight!). Prices represent excellent value for money even before cashback. Highly recommended!

reasonable good service, used once, the price is quite competitive and credit card charge is fair, not like others... yes, they do not recognise the number plates, but we could pick the ticket up at the entrance, and provide paid receipt in the office when we return, they would issue a valid ticket to exit.... recommended!

Had problems at the airport because their auomated vehicle registration didn't recognise my registration plate, although they subsequently confirmed I had a valid booking. Now they have rejected my cashback claim. DO NOT USE.
