Purchased Apple items 17th October, finally paid to Quidco 4th April - almost 6 months. Not very impressive for such a large organisation. Ok, so it's money for nothing, but buyers be aware not to expect your cash-back reward in a timely manner! Quidco's internal auto-chase system appeared to have been on the ball with this, and in March, my Activity was showing Quidco's message that they were aware of the delay and were chasing my payment, so no criticism of Quidco here!

Apple products were spot on, Mac Book Pro and ipad have had lots of use since September. I joined quidco due to cashback as it's not easy to get cash off Apple products in many other ways. Thanks, I suspect, to the persistence of Quidco staff, after a little over 6 months the cashback of £53 was credited. As I am so new to quidco Iam not sure but suspect this is quite slow, but well worth waiting for. So if ordering Apple products you need to hold your nerve whilst awaiting the cashback. Many thanks to the Quidco team.

After buying two iPads I was disappointed the cash back didn't track for the big purchase but the cash back for the accessories did. Don't expect much from Apple when it comes to crediting the cash back, they would rather keep it all for themselves.

Have tried two purchases with Apple from Quidco, in both cases they failed to track and after several months the cashback was declined, something I have only seen happen with Apple. To make matters worse, I made the purchases on Apple devices, which suggests that their systems don't even track with their own software. The Apple products I bought were perfectly good for what was required, but don't expect much from their cashback.

Purchased two iPads under their cash back offer and in the terms and condition there was no mention of the iPads not included in the offer, we will probably not purchase any Apple product direct again as I feel Apple have used dirty tricks to get custom and they will only catch this customer once. In fairness to quidco they picked up on this and offered to resolve the situation but I feel it a shame someone else has to pick up the pieces and these big corporate companies can do as they want and not care they have lost a loyal customer through this debacle

bought a refurb ipad 3 - great product and in immaculate condition despite being refurb. However the wrong value of cashback was tracked and I am not able to submit a claim until it is confirmed according to Quidcare - 5 months later and it's still not been confirmed. Probably better off buying from other sites as prices very similar for these products

You can expect to wait MONTHS for cashback form Apple. However, that being said the products are always good, and the prices are competitive, and the cashback rates often have "special offers". Just don't expect the cashback to arrive quickly.

Great product (as expected), swift delivery and well packaged. However, don't expect cashback anytime soon. I waited 6 weeks before questioning where the cashback claim was, only to be told it was not valid due to not meeting terms and conditions. I believe these had been changed from when I made the purchase! Feeling a little bit cheated.

My cashback claim was rejected on the grounds that the iPad Mini was not covered, however annoyingly this term and condition was added AFTER i purchased my mini online as it didn't appear as an item on the site (was listed as 3% for all other sales only) Apple then decided that due to this term being added and overlapping my claim, they rejected it. Money grabbing over priced Apple do it again.

Cashback purchased not tracked. Proof of purchase supplied, but now shows only as claim and is for a fraction of the amount it should be. The payment is long overdue and Quidco/ Apple have failed miserably. The product was as expected from Apple - overpriced, over hyped and doesn't perform as expected, but it was a preent for someone else.

I have, because of Christmas ordered three items. They consisted of an iPad, iPad mini and an iPhone 5. Do not base your decision to purchase from Apple solely on the cashback as the cashback payment is pretty much non existent.

Mega slow on cash back, would've been better going in store rather than messing about with delivery and super slow cash back which I am still waiting on. Swear it's this way to put people off, I won't be bothering in future...

Highly recommend buying from apple online. The service is excellent speedy delivery. After sales service excellent. All products I have ordered have been well packaged

I ordered my iPad so long ago that I no longer remember whether the purchase tracked quickly or not (although a hazy memory is saying not). And only received the cashback payment in mid-December, after having made the purchase in mid-May! Seems crazy slow to me! However, I love my iPad - it was delivered swiftly and got to me safely. The purchase process via the Apple Store was quick & easy and I didn't have any problems at all with Apple's service in respect to that. All in all, happy with my purchase and happy I did it through Quidco as getting something back after 7 months is better than getting nothing back at all!

Apple cash back is minimal to begin with. From now on, I won't bother, because the turn around and service from then is TERRIBLE. First time I got cash back for an Apple product, the delivery of the item was exceptionally poor (but it got here eventually) The cash back took about 3-4 months (the supposed maximum) This time around they changed delivery methods, so it only went halfway around the world before it got here, and the cash back was tracked about when it should have been. HOWEVER- It's been 5 months since then- nothing. It's being "looked into" by Quidco. Meanwhile, half almost half a year later, I'm still waiting for my 45.00....

Have been disappointed with the speed of the cash back from this retailer. One would think as it is such a global player which places such emphasis on great products and customer service, it would deliver the promise it makes on its cash back payments. 6 months later and I am still waiting for the cash back from an iPad 2 purchase. Very disappointed Mr. Apple - you could do so much better.

Obnoxious genius staff, overpriced goods, have limited stock of everything. Very slow cashback tracking, slow delivery of items, takes a very long time to get your cash back.

Over the years I've made several purchases from the Apple Store. Cashback has tracked successfully in every case however I did experience one decline and it's because I didn't read the terms and conditions. If you want the latest product immediately then don't expect cashback; it may track on your pre-order but they won't pay cashback for those in-demand new products. If there is no cashback rate for that new iPhone or iPad then don't expect to get cashback. In other words, be prepared to wait. Other retailers will sell Apple products for the same price, so if they offer better cashback rates (possible) and better service (unlikely) then go there. Of course no matter who you buy from, Apple's in store customer support is the best. For cashback that was sucessful, tracking and payment speed was pretty quick. Again it's pretty clear in the fine print, no pre-orders or in store picks, and cashback tracks when the item is dispatched.

It has been 5 1/2 months and i am still awaiting £15 apple cashback for my iphone purchase. It would make me think twice about where i make my next online apple purchase from...I would seriously consider an online supplier who is more reliable at making the payout. If they are happy to make the link with quidco then they should be more prompt with making the necessary payouts...in my opinion.

I bought my 2 ipads and 1 iphone through quidco but I have never received any cash back from Apple store... I will never advise anyone to use this one.

Tracked the next day and payment was quite quick. Second successful cashback from here. I was particularly pleased that I managed to get the 4% education cashback rate for being a teacher.
