They refused my cashback on a reserve and collect item and then refused my valid claim even though I paid and collected promptly and supplied the order number etc. Products are good and reasonably priced.

I used to order a lot from B&Q through quidco without problems but now reserve and collect never tracks so not much point anymore. Better just going to the store.

Placed order after spotting item on offer by chance. Delivery was quoted as 3 weeks but received phone call after 4 days saying item would be delivered, whilst this is excellent we wern't ready to accept item, especially after all the rain which meant our project had been delayed. Anyway item succesfully delivered by very nice delivery people BUT told that we had to report any discrepences within 48 hours this was difficult considering we hadn't been expecting the item for a further 2 weeks! B&Q have declined the cashback stating that the order was cancelled or changed, this is strange as the doors are still sitting in my garage avaiting fitting and have been paid for. In summary excellent product delivered quicker than expected but B&Q haven't lived upto their offer of 4% cashback which is very very dissapointing!!!!! :-(((( PS 21 Mar 13 - After pushing and pushing B&Q have finally accepted my claim, great!! just wish it hadn't been so long winded..

I had to raise a claim, as claim was refused - proof of purchase for both ordered I placed - took 2 months from being refused to paying my cashback always worth making the claim !!!

None of my 3 B&Q orders tracked and I had to raise claims for them. Once raised and managed through support it was resolved quickly. For one order I received email confirmation of the delivery date, but it was actually booked for one week later on the B&Q system so I had to take another morning off work. Then they delivered with a large vehicle and not the small one I'd instructed when ordering and this required a third delivery date to be arranged. It was a disaster with too many phone calls required to sort it out. To balance the review, B&Q did listen to my complaint (my email listing the catalogue of calls, missed deliveries etc helped). They understood how bad it had been and gave me a B&Q gift card as compensation (charged with money to spend at B&Q).

made an order to collect at store, got the call to state it was ready, went to pick up and wasn't ready at all - this wasn't a one off as a gentleman came in while I was waiting for it to be put together and exactly the same happened to him. The products themselves were perfect for the job though and at a decent price.

We purchased items on the buy and collect option, which states it has cash back. The cash back was not tracked and when I raised a claim via Quidco, B&Q said they don't accept claims with regard to buy and collect. So a complete waste of time with regard to cash back.

Lost out on £7.78 as they refuse to accept claims raised if they dont track on reserve and collect. Home delivery would have been my preferred option but this was not offered on the 3 doors I wanted. Have not had this problem before with any other retailer.

A remarkably poor effort from a national retailer. The T&C's state that 'in the event cashback dosent track, B&Q wont accept claims for cash back on reserve and collect items'. What a surprise then that my order of over £900 for reserve and collect didn't track. Won't be using them again.

I will have to close this cash back claim as unfortunately B&Q will not accept cashback claims for reserve and collect sales as stated in the terms and conditions on the retailers page. As with other people's experiences, this does just seem to be a bit of an excuse from B&Q not to pay out.

I didn't read the T&Cs: "In the event that your cashback does not track, please be aware that B&Q will not accept cashback claims for reserve and collect sales" sounds like a cop out to me - So why offer the discount in the first place - I'll use Homebase next time

As other customers have said, B&Q don't pay the cashback they advertise, if you can find another retailer selling the same product, use them, AVOID B&Q. Have put 2 orders through Quidco now, both declined by B&Q stating order was processed through another marketing channel!

Spent about £3000 with B&Q at least 15 reserve and collect orders, 1 tracked and paid, all tracked via Quidco but gave up bothering to go Quidco now, don't know why B&Q bother being on Quidco, worst retailer I have ever used on Quidco.

After visting one store, which was out of stock of the product I needed, the staff were very helpful in finding me another local store, rang ahead to let them know I was on my way and had my products ready for when I arrived.

B&Q just don t pay cashback. 3 Times ive gone through quidco, 3 times theyhave not paid. Twice it hasnt tracked. Waste of time really

Very poor customer service. Staff not bothered to help, takes may be 25 mins for someone to come and assist. Unbelievable company!

Like other Quidco Members, I too did not receive the cash-back and even though I have the order number and receipt my claim is rejected. Very Poor!

B&Q didn't honour cashback. Claim raised with Quidco Support including order number off B&Q elivery note. Claim was rejected as B&Q apparently couldnt find the order? Very poor and nothing more Quidco can do. An easy way for B&Q to get around paying cashback in my opinion!
