Quality products at very good prices compared to the usual DIY sheds. Cashback paid around 3 months which is pretty good as well. Will buy from Bathstore again.

Ordered in July 2012 and still waiting now, March 2013. Not sure whether to blame quidco or Bathstore to be honest.

Excellent customer service up to the point where you've placed your order and they have your money. After that they aren't interested, hiding behind poor terms & conditions, and only interested in dealing with new customers. They should learn from retailers such as John Lewis and Amazon, who provide exemplary service, leading to repeat custom and customer loyalty. Bathstore's policy may lead to small short term profit in refusing to replace damaged goods if you fail to spot the fault within their derisory time limit, but word of mouth will lead to them losing thousands of pounds worth of future orders. Also they had not paid the cashback after six months and only paid after Quidco chased them, leading me to believe they are trying to avoid paying it at all. Avoid at all costs, there are better retailers out there!

Ordered in July 2012 and February 2013 still waiting for the cashback to changed from 'Tracked'. very disappointed as spent a lot of money at Bathstore and the cashback amount is quite substantial.

My bathroom is amazing and as far as the bathstore go, they were great and provide outstanding customer service. On the down side I waited 5 months for cashback.
