 Delivery and packaging
One of the best ISPs. Their support staff are foreign so their spoken english can be a bit difficult to understand but they are knowledgeable. I recommend you use their live chat support so you can sort your problems out at work easily. My internet connection has been quite stable and I have been with them since feb 2012. I was happy when I got my cashback. 70 quid in the bank!
