Hmm, Quidco communication at the moment is akin to that I got from Icesave in the weeks before they froze all my money i.e. zilch. Come to think of it, maybe Quidco had all their money in Icesave and their office is now empty, the only movement being an inquisitive squirrel scampering over the abandoned computers and chewing on the IKEA desks.

I was lucky enough to win two play vouchers and they have both expired, also my other half won one voucher and his has expired as well.

We were not aware there was an expiry date and I do think that if they had to be used quickly it should have been mentioned. I feel very let down and will not be using play.com again in the future, I usually order quite a bit from them at Christmas.

They should have told Quidco the expiry date, sharp practice comes to mind!

Please note - if you get a voucher - use it immediately as the voucher codes are not even valid for a month. Quidco should at least include this information in the emails sent. I won - but got nothing as I was out on vacation..:(

Laurenzo99- I am not aware of the expiry date but i am sure there will be one. Most promotional codes have a shelf life of 12 months from issue but dont quote me on that. You can NOT use 2 vouchers in one transaction sadly. Once you use your first voucher the transaction is locked and can not be ammended thus the only option is confirm the transaction.

Bit of a bugger but free £5 cant complain too much.

I have a query about Play.com cashback breakdown, I pre-ordered a blu-ray w/ my first voucher which is tracked at £0.70 cashback, and just used my second voucher on Heavy Rain for PS3 and i'm getting £0.80 cashback. Thats not 4% cashback from either VAT in.c or VAT excl. amount on both purchases.
No other cashback breakdown is given, so it should come under "4% for other products" yes?

Pretty confused. Help?

@ComeWhatMay & JuliaKerr, we've not been given an expiry date for them, but that doesn't necessarily mean there isn't one! If you want to be better safe than sorry, I'd recommend using them within the next month or two just in case.
