I did use the £5.00 voucher for £5 off a Daewoo 32in LCD TV, but Play.com cancelled the order. So, I thought "oh well! I'll use the voucher to purchase some DVD's", but to my disappointment it came up expired. After pleading my case with Play.com and getting fobbed off. They advised me get in touch with Quidco to re-issue me with the £5 voucher. So, Im pinning my hopes on Quidco who I'm sure will come good.

Would not buy another thing from Play.com. They are based in Jersey but it may as well be Iraq in terms of getting any customer service. Not worth the effort.

I've never used Play.com before.... ..So in my case, the voucher code was going to gain them a new customer! I tried to use my voucher - but simply abandoned my order when I realised the code didn't work!

Maybe they will get a new customer after all... ...fingers crossed that new codes are issued soon!

I dont think Quidco should have even replied to him here as it encourages others to post in these blogs about different topics. Greetham obviously cant read the help menus as setting up monthly payments couldnt realy be any easier.

And anybody asking over and over again how do i get my codes, try reading the information at the top, then if you don't understand, read it again. I figured it out.

dk143: All the original vouchers expired even though there wasn't an expiry date, so you will have to wait for the new ones to be emailed to you.

If I don't receive an email from quidco, can I assume all of my 3 vouchers will work? (Yeah I know I'm a lucky sod!). What expiry should they have, and what expiry will the new ones have? I assumed that the original ones didn't expire, as the email didn't state an expiry date.

I hope to recieve the new voucher soon, but dont have nay idea on what to buy yet so will start searching on play.com now, can we get cashback when we use the vouchers?

We will automatically send a new code to anyone who hasn't redeemed theirs yet. So if you had an expired one just hang tight and watch your email. It will probably be in a few days. We will update here when they have been sent out.

That's what we thought they'd do first. Apparently it wasn't the easiest way for them in the end which is why we've kind of gone around in circles on it.

Didn't mean to slag off IT! It's more like in companies info goes up and down chains rather than just straight to the person who can solve it!

Theres nothing wrong with IT departments. We take so long as we spend half of our time on Quidco and the other half drinking coffee and talking about what we have bought through quidco
