Has there been a list of winners for the bonus £10?. I've had a look through but I can't find anything.

lesleytotts December 9th, 2008 a 04:16 pm

I bought a computer and it tracked immediately - definitely qualify and hope to win £10 bonus.
Thanks Quidco .. you've saved me loads

allanmc November 15th, 2008 a 10:48 am

That's it done then. Another Tesco transaction, raised as a missing earnings enquiry and I have probably missed out on the chance of a free tenner. Why do Tesco transactions NEVER track for me, when everyone else seems to track OK, most of the time?

joanmary November 11th, 2008 a 01:17 am

I just cannot wait to use quidco.com

MumzieWumzie November 10th, 2008 a 05:07 am

Not sure if it makes any real difference or not but I only use Firefox for Quidco

I bought a new washing machine from Tesco Direct in the early hours of the morning of Wednesday 29th October; it was delivered at 08:15hrs on Friday 31st........impressive!

When I checked my account I discovered that Tesco validated the payment on 29th too, so naturally I'm very happy with them..........Thank you Tesco! :)

If I'm fortunate enough to receive the £10 bonus cashback from Quidco it will round off the deal beautifully. Just have to be patient & wait to see what happens.

Thanks for making shopping so rewarding @/(*_*)\@

marybakers November 9th, 2008 a 11:29 pm

bought washing maching and fridge freezer from tesco direct and hope i qualify for £10 bonus.

QuidcoCarol November 6th, 2008 a 01:30 pm

@balancesummer, the e-vouchers were an offer from Tesco Direct on their website and were not related to the Quidco cashback offer or £10 bonus, so they'll be handled by Tesco themselves.

balancesummer November 6th, 2008 a 12:12 am

How wii this e voucher be send to us? through quidco . or tesco direct to me . i have spend 300 pound and tracks through quidco for about 8 pounds? nothing else?

Many thanks

allanmc November 5th, 2008 a 09:39 am

Still no sign of any Tesco tracking for me. Which is really not a surprise as Tesco is the only company that I have a recurring tracking problem with. I use Firefox as my dedicated Quidco browser and automatically clear all my cookies as it closes. I also ensure that I close and open the browser before making a purchase, to ensure that we are starting afresh. Is there any way that my missing transaction could be tracked? It might give a few clues as to why a lot of people who have bothered to contribute to this board are having a problem.

Juesshop November 4th, 2008 a 09:19 pm

Hope I am added into com as I spent £150 today !!

Cassiopeia November 4th, 2008 a 04:53 pm

Looks like a tracking problem for me too. Placed an order for £318 on 31st Oct, and still not tracking, despite following the guidelines on making sure orders track properly. All other orders placed elsewhere since have tracked ok.

QuidcoCarol November 4th, 2008 a 10:40 am

@shahG1, the T&Cs say: "Free Prize Draw is open to all UK residents excluding employees of Quidco." :)

shahG1 November 4th, 2008 a 09:18 am

does this offer apply to tesco employee

dorti November 4th, 2008 a 01:22 am

Ordered £535 worth of furniture yesterday. Seemed to have been lucky as it tracked almost instantly. Also got double points = £40 worth of Clubcard deals

speedyman November 2nd, 2008 a 07:35 pm

dontasciime November 1st, 2008 a 09:54 pm

Anyways good luck to all that have entered the competion.

dontasciime November 1st, 2008 a 09:50 pm

Like you know me, what a plank thing to say.

I said it's not likely a problem on 13 computers using both ie and firefox so the problem is elsewhere(it has to be) and I said thanks.

w a troll

Faz2912 November 1st, 2008 a 09:20 pm

"thanks for the reply BUT

on 13 of my 15 computers using IE and firefox I think the PROBLEM has to lie elsewhere :) "

Yes, the problem is between the keyboard and the chair.

With your manners, I hope you don't get a penny!

@dontasciime⦠You think your spelling is correct? Iâd take the dictionary you have back to the shop and ask for a refund.

You don't know what I am referring to so shut it :)

btw who are you the grammar police s i u y a y f s

allanmc October 31st, 2008 a 10:31 am

No sign of any Tesco tracking yet I'm afraid. Other transactions with other companies since then have worked fine. Are you sure there isn't a problem with Tesco? Are you able to trace my AWOL Tesco transaction and see where it is. It might give you a clue as to what I, and others, are having problems with.

andy1984uk October 31st, 2008 a 12:20 am

please I insist do not EDIT correct my spelling when it is correct.
It's really rude to edit a post without permission

dontasciime October 30th, 2008 a 11:08 am

Actually I think I will just boycott TESCO as they have let me down on my past 5 orders anyways so will remove it from my faves and take my money elsewhere.

Saints row preorder messed up, Sony bd-re gone missing in post the latest purchase that did not track they refunded but not right amount they say I signed for something but cannot show signature thats co's I did not sign anything, 29 July transaction enquiry still not sorted. The 3 or 4 others not sorted. yeah time to get a better deal.

dontasciime October 30th, 2008 a 10:59 am

@dontasciime, if a tracking problem occurs with a merchant, it generally shows up rapidly in a sudden and marked increase in help tickets or untracked enquiries. This is something we keep a very close eye on. But weâre not seeing that in this case, so it indicates to me that possibly something on individual membersâ computers could be the culprit in the occasional problem with tracking. Please check out our Help section for information on factors that can affect tracking.

thanks for the reply BUT

allanmc October 29th, 2008 a 10:28 pm

I have tried again as I had a few things to buy anyway, but as others have mentioned, Tesco transactions very RARELY track for me and all others generally seem to work OK. I have tried raising a help request for it in the past ,but got no useful answers as to why Tesco was such a problem. I will see what happens but nothing has shown yet (almost 3 hours) and I won't be holding my breath. Hopefully, now that I have bothered to type this, it will track perfectly.

"Just to update everyone, we clarified the T&Cs with Tesco in light of the questions asked above. Eligible orders are those over £100 excluding VAT & delivery, placed from midnight on 26th October.

@miffyl, most browsers will let you increase the font size in any site via the âviewâ menu at the top of the browser window. "

Can you also look into why lots of people cannto get tesco transactions to track and are losing money as we cannot remember wtf we buy when it does not show up :)
