Hi people, wonder if anyone can help.
I have been trying to get car insurance quotes eg LV= car insurance but a quite a few of them when i click the button to go to merchant,are coming up with a message about a tracking problem and it advises me to change the security settings on my firewall. Has this got anything to do with what you guys are talking about here? Or is this a separate issue. And if it is a separate problem, can anyone help me change my security settings as although the error message gives some guidance i'm still stuck! cheers!

Got through on o2 home bb link ok during the last hour or so and placed order using ie7.

The O2 link appears to be a problem connected with IE7. I can't get the link to work using Internet explorer but my son tried with Firefox and it works. He then tried with IE7 and it didn't! I have advised admin using a ticket but they don't appear to read my messages - just say all problem have been fixed! Well they haven't!!

MoreThan failed to track for me back in May this year. I submitted an enquiry and it took until September to be validated but with a warning that payment could take up to another 4 months from then.
At least i am going to get it eventually.

Quidco, High Street Web hasn't worked for me since the site's 'redesign' on the 14th Nov also. I've tried using both the shopping and the web search but neither appear to be tracking. (Kelkoo on the other hand is tracking as usual).
Has anyone used one of the other cash back sites, TopCashBack for example, and seen if HSW is tracking there?

@Em1, I've checked the O2 link and it's working for me. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? (Afraid I can't answer your 2nd question, as that's a server area.)

My lloydstsb car insurance didn't track...twice, after cancelling the first one on the 21st and 28th November. I follwed the help process for missing transactions and submitted an earnings enquiry. Its pending now.

@deadleg21, The merchant links were broken, so members would not have been able to click through Quidco to the merchants at all. We only put the blog up so members would be aware of why this was happening.
