Quidco confirmed as Cashback Site of the Year…again!
Having watched Europe win the Ryder Cup, Andy Murray secure his first Grand Slam, Bradley Wiggins take the Tour de France and Britain’s Olympic and Paralympic teams go medal crazy during the summer, the team at Quidco thought…we’ll have some of that!
It may be freezing outside but in our offices in both London and Sheffield we’re currently basking in the warm glow of success having been voted the country’s ‘Cashback Site of the Year’ at the annual Consumer Moneyfacts awards.
Our second consecutive victory in the category, it's a fine achievement and a fitting reward for another twelve months of very hard work which has seen Quidco’s 2.7 million members get paid more than £50 million cashback.
Speaking after the event, Quidco’s Managing Director Andy Oldham reflected with pride:
“These awards are really important to us as they reflect the sentiment of the consumer. It is brilliant to see that so many voted for us, allowing us to be named as best cashback site for the second year running.”
Andy wasn’t the only member of the team enthused by confirmation of Quidco’s standing at the top of the cashback pile. With glass of champagne in hand, Product Director, Josh James, added:
"All of us here at Quidco are incredibly proud to be confirmed as Cashback Site of the Year for the second year running.
“We've worked hard on improving the product over the past 12 months, but we're not resting on our laurels and have some exciting developments planned for the not too distant future. Here's hoping for another win in 2014.”
Winners at the Moneyfacts awards were determined by technical analysis by the Moneyfacts Group alongside examination of over 500,000 answers from almost 77,000 completed customer surveys – the largest annual survey of its kind.
