Product prices are decent enough but cashback is very slow. I have been waiting over 6-months now for a relatively small amount. Update - Now at 8-months and still not paid! Wouldn't use Brand Alley again out of principle. Update - Now at 9-months and still not paid!!!

i purchased a designer shirt but had to wait for a while as it had a long lead time but that didnt bother me as the prices was great. The cash back was paid a long while later but nevertheless it was paid. The rate could be better but overall happy.

Brandalley receive the goods from the retailers after they have been sold on the website so delivery is often a month after purchase. This is one of the costs of having good discounts for different brands. Cash back tracks well but it takes a while to receive the cash back. I have only been paid for cash back which occurred 8 months ago and I am still waiting to be paid for cash back from 4 months ago.

i have purchased lots of great items from Brandalley, and only ever had to return 1 item which was glass and damaged in transit. They are however very very slow in all stages of paying out cashback, its now 19th Jan 2013 and i have just had confirmation on a product i purchased in May 12.

Did not track so I raised a claim. over 4 months later, i am still waiting. The delivery is very slow (about 4 weeks) as well.

The goods were definitely not as advertised. The impression given was of a quality item capable of being given as a present but the reality was very 'plastic' and so 'cheap' that the only fit place for this pair of candlesticks was in the bin - not even worth the cupboard storage space. They refunded the money after I threatened Trading Standards and told me I could keep the candlesticks but, as I said, they were junk. BE VERY CAREFUL of what you buy from these people and be prepared to go the full distance to get a refund if you feel you are disappointed. Not the best trader in the world

Bought some clothing over 3 months ago and order is still stuck on "tracked" with no payment in sight. Also be aware that postage can take longer than you would expect, they use some bizarre system which means your stuff might not arrive for 3-4 weeks. You can get some bargains on Brand Alley but just be aware of this.
