Flight and hotel paid for. Had to put in a claim then declined, no chance to prove that the booking was confirmed.

I booked a holiday in December 2012 for travel in March 2013. The purchase didn't track automatically and after submitting a claim this was declined after four months as BA couldn't locate the transaction. Great on board service BA provide but their cash back customer service severely lets them down.

Obviously, BA was not tracking with the Mac browser Safari (which they now block), but the transaction was recorded and claim raised. This has now taken nearly NINE months, and still nothing. I also have another transaction as well - people make purchase decisions on the potential cashback gained - this is just not good enough. Can quidco be contacted?

Have carry on using them and have still not had a problem whenever I have use BA through Quidco. Very satisfied.
The only comment will be that it will be nice is they up a bit the rate of cashback for sort hall fight.
All and all a good experience. Recommended

I paid a lower price for my tickets than I would have paid if using a budget airline, and got one piece of hold luggage and on-board snack. Perfect!
The cashback was tracked in about one hour after the purchase and is ready to be paid on the next pay run. I will definitely be looking to get my tickets form BA again.

Have made two cashback transactions through BA, and both have tracked quickly and been paid. No complaints! This seems about the only way to get a (very slight, drop in the bucket) discount on very expensive BA flights.

Easy to book and only took 3 weeks or so for cashback to be confirmed! I would definitely recommend BA. If you book a flight with an hotel or car you get an even better deal.

Booked 2 flights with car hire through British Airways in January 2012 for our holiday in November 2012, just received the cashback now.......28th February 2013!!
Be prepared for a long and drawn out wait with British Airways.
As always Quidco were excellent and kept me informed quite regularly, can't fault them.

They seem to have got better and better at delivering on both the cashback and the service in the air and on the ground. Really cannot fault Terminal 5 now for baggage delivery. Pretty much every time I fly through there the bags are on the belt even before I get to it. Great effort.

BA have had a fair number of really good deals over the last few months which has certainly helped me when booking upcoming travel. They are quick in terms of payment and the flight service has certainly improved over the last year. I'd recommend this.

I have used BA a few times for long haul flights. They use to have the best deals but nowadays the competition has overtook them. But whenever I find a competitive rate with them, I do not hesitate to travel with them as they are a very good airline.

Tracked and paid very quickly, didn't have to wait till after the holiday like some of the hotels sites.

Reasonable amount of time (3 Months) til the cash back was paid. 1% is a bit tight but better than nothing.
Only complaint about BA is that they let people on board their flights with two pieces of hand luggage (a brief case and 'bag'). I have not been on a flight yet (I fly 4 times a month with them) which has not been delayed while the cabin crew are trying to stuff someones hand baggage in the overhead locker.

I am actually not a fan of BA however having booked a few flights for work through Quidco with them recently I can not complain. The cashback tracks within a couple of hours and payment speed is excellent. So far any cashaback has been confirmed and received within 2-4 weeks!

I clicked onto BA through Quidco on a Sunday afternoon, booked my holiday flights with a great rate of 2% cashback (better than expedia's 1%). The following day I received notification that it was already confirmed and would be paid in the next cycle!! Very happy with that!

The BA website is very good and the flight booking was straightforward. The cashback was nice but took a long time to come through.
I had a ticket query at the airport and the BA lady managed to sort it out really quickly with no fuss which i was pleased about.

Cashback amount and speed of payment was excellent. General service was fine, but as a vegetarian you are often forgotton about on the flight when 'snacks' are served. We booked a asian vegetarian meal (which was fine), but on our 12 hour flight there was a big gap between the 2 meals... in the gap, all the meat eaters had a choice of fish/meat noodles, but nothing for vegetarians apart from a few biscuits and sweets. Quite insulting. However, in flight service aside, the booking process/cost and cashback was fine.

Bought my honeymoon ten days ago with an advertised 6% cashback. It tracked at 3% then changed to six when they paid just 10 days later. £199 nice one.

Although British Airways are a good airline, i find that i have to always raise a claim in order to get Cashback, which is quite a pain, i am also waiting for some items from early 2012 which have still not been confirmed and paid.

The holiday was a really good price on BA and with cashback and Avios points it was a really good proposition. I booked in May and have been on the trip, it's now end of September. However, the transaction didn't track and the amount has not been paid. It's nearly £80 in cashback so it's annoying when it takes so long.
