Not too sure why they declined it after I raised a query. Think retailer should reconsider marketing themselves on cashback sites if they don't want to pay. Bit of a poor show.

The purchase tracked at first and then was declined, after raising a claim through Quidco it was eventually accepted and then paid 7 months later. Exactly the same thing happened to both myself and my husband who purchased via the site the same insurance at different times. Products are ok, but I have recently left them as they put up the premium by £8 per month due to 'there being an increase in claims and costs', but mysteriously my husbands premium was unaffected by these price rises. I just felt like they were initially trying to get out of paying the cash back and then treat their clients inconsistently.
