Made a flight booking with Budgetair as it was the cheapest around. Took the flight etc. Unfortunately, the cashback wasn't tracked, so filed a support ticket with Quidco with the booking code and passenger name as requested. It was declined so Quidco asked me for the details again, again I provided them with the details, but this time with the BUK reference as well to pass onto Budgetair for verification. Second time around, it was declined again and now the support ticket has closed. According to Budgetair the reason being "commission for the referral has been paid elsewhere." Which is completely inaccurate as I always clear the browser cookies before making a purchase through Quidco, it was through Quidco, no one else and no voucher code was used. So why was it declined? I fail to understand why Budgetair are fraudulently making claims against me and refusing to payout the cashback I rightly deserve. If Budgetair were to ask me for plane ticket stubs and/or a copy of my itinerary, I'd be more than happy to provide this to prove that the booking was made in the first place.
