Ive been with cashcardplus now for around 10months, its taken that long to get my claim confirmed. Card sometimes cant be used, they have downtime days all the time. So if you get declined its not you, its them most of the time. Oh you cant use it to deposit hotels, cars etc. and cant use it on the train or quick pay terminals such as Argos. customer service is premium rate number, and only office hours.
