Great shirts - excellent delivery - terrible cashback service. I have 6 or so tracked purchases that still haven't been paid for nearly a year...... If you're in a hurry for your cashback, don't bother!!

I am very happy with the quality of the shirts that I have purchased and find them to be hard wearing and comfortable to wear.
They do however take a long time to pay the cash back.
On my most recent purchase there was also an offer of and extra 5% discount which appeared to have been applied until after the transaction had gone through which is slightly annoying.
I have always found their packaging to be excellent and the delivery speed is perfectly acceptable.
If cashback has made you consider them - DON'T!

I was looking for some very smart shoes and found the ones i wanted in various places so what it boiled down to was: Can i get cash back with any of these retailers? Charles Tyrwhitt offer 10% so i went with them thinking 10% of £125 - great! Only they didn't track the referral by Quidco and unfortunately when quidco chased it up they found "the referral has been paid elsewhere". if you believe that.
i will not be buying from here again as there is no reason to. i only chose them for cashback and i didn't get it.

Beware, this retailer is woefully slow in giving cashback
I have been waiting since July 2012 and its March 2013 now!
QUIDCO make this even worse because I can find no way to email them to find out what's going on.
So beware on 2 fronts!
I do see that Quidco is registered by the Financial Service Authority so I suppose I could email them!

I loved this retailer even before I came across quidco. They may be expensive but they look expensive and have a 180 day guarantee on full price items.
I obtained my discount with the iPhone app (and 10p for visiting the store) so cannot speak processing. I received my discount immediately rather than as cashback. Every man needs one good set of clothes and I cannot say that I have ever seen anything there that is in bad taste.

Beware when using this retailer and expecting cashback. Checking my account history i have come across six transactions within two months from 2012 ranging from early april 2012 and they are still only tracked.
It states on their stats that payments made within nine months, reading other reviews i can see this is just untrue and this merchant appears to not want to pay or pushing the length of payment to the extremes.
Not a very happy customer who will not be purchasing from this retailer again giving my business to their competitors, come on quidco, sort out your retailers as this sort of activity makes us go elsewhere.

The products and services of Charles Tyrwhitt are very good however the cash back service is shocking. The Quidco site states 100% of cash back paid after 180 days - well 49*7 = 343 so I think it is time Quidco updated this stat. Just to point out this is not a criticism of Quidco as I believe the issue is with a 3rd party.

Whilst I am delighted that, after chasing, my cashback of £2.00 is to be paid. I have only had to wait since April 2012 [to March 2013]. Unfortunately, I am owed two payments of £2 for the same date - my 4 shirts appeared as orders for 2 and 2 - and this payment has still not been confirmed. I have now had to chase all three payments due from Charles Tyrwitt. The shirts re good, the cashback payment speed extremely poor!

I wonder what the point is of CT having a cashback policy when I have been waiting for nearly 9 months for my cashback from July 2012! They surely can't be this slow or are they basically saying they won't be paying hoping customers simply forget! Not impressed as I would prefer them to remove promises of any cashback rather than not pay in the end.

Good cashback rates and generally vey quick to track transactions however very slow to pay out cashback. It is now January 2013 and I am still waiting for a number of cashback from a number of transactions which I carried out in September!

Still waiting for my cash back 8months after my purchase. So low points on this front.
I actually like the products they sell. As with that other high street shirt retailer TMLewin they have a perpetual sale but unlike they competitor the quality of shirts is actually rather good. Good range of sizes and options (double/single cuff) on most styles.
Would shop here again despite v slow cash back.

I love their stuff, the quality is excellent. However, I have placed 2 orders via Quidco, neither tracked quickly, one didn't track at all. I raised a claim for that one and finally got paid cashback about a year after the purchase. The other one took several months.
I made the huge mistake of ordering on the last day of a cashback special offer and needless to say it was not honoured so I wasn't impressed.
I can't really understand why it takes them so long to pay up.

Great quality clothes, but some purchases tracked from early 2012 still not paid on, yet when a purchase track was missed and I raised a claim they've paid me much faster than the normal tracked payment.
Most odd, but good quality gear and decent cashback.

I am actually amazed that this EVER paid out - cashback on my purchase of December 2011 has finally been confirmed and will be in my bank account almost a full year later! The products were fine (over priced but my husband wanted those items specifically. The purchase didn't track but when I raised a claim eventually it tracked and now at last it is confirmed - well done Quidco for persuing this but booo hisss to Charles Tyrwhitt for being so slow to pay out!

Like most reviewers so far, good shirts at good prices and tracking is pretty quick but the cashback payment from orders at Christmas 2011 has just been confirmed. Not quite the 50 weeks some have experienced but pretty close.
If speed of cashback payment is going to make a difference to your purchasing decision, you probably won't be happy with these guys.

Like their product and had no issues with item quality or delivery service...or at least that's what I'm guessing because I can't really remember.
The speed of payment is appalling. I made this purchase in November 2011 and it's only just confirmed.
If you are happy to wait that long then go ahead..

Good quality shirts at affordable prices. Helps to look at other established designers as well. If in stock delivery is prompt, but they charge £4.95. Cash-back is a bonus.

Coming up to a year and still no cashback on tracked items. Quidco care just say they are already on the case. Makes you feel cheated that you opted for this product with cashback that just doesn't appear. Suggest Quidco remove Charles Tyrwhitt to stop further damage to the whole cashback idea.

Charles Trywhitt is a great comapny selling quality products, however, the company have an major issue with paying cashback and can not keep to thier "within 9 months" payment period. My item hase been tracked for over 10 months and still no progress. Sometimes I seriosuly wonder is it worth chasing up the £2 payment?
Seems like many others have had a simillar problem. Time for Quidco to stop supporting Charles Tyrwhitt, qasting Quidco customers time and rasing their expectations!
