Do your homework first as you might find cheaper in some occations though other sales sites.

Every time I've used Clarks online their service has been excellent - prompt delivery and great quality goods.Cashback is not that reliable though - it has never tracked without me having to make a manual claim. That said claims, once raised, have always been paid within a reasonable time.
Tip - keep your invoice number as you'll need this to raise a claim

I ordered 3 pairs of boots but took two pairs back. Like other reviewers have found, all of the cash back was then declined. However I raised a claim for the pair that I kept and the cash back has just been paid. It took a month to review the claim and then another month to pay the cash back, but got there eventually!

My transaction for this purchase was not tracked. I then had to raise a claim for it and it has taken approximately 4 months for the claim to be processed, approved and finally paid. First time this type of incident has occured to me when using Quidco - so not sure who is at fault on this one.

I wanted to buy 2 pairs of shoes, one for me, one for my husband. I wasn't sure which size would fit my husband so when there was a 20% offer, I ordered 2 different sizes with the intention of sending one back. This I did, keeping two pairs, but I received no cashback. Apparently if you don't keep everything you order, they refuse all cashback. Next time I will order in two or more batches!

Just beware that you won't get cashback if they mess up with your delivery. Very disappointing because this was eventually my largest buy from them and it didn't went through :(

Site very easy to use; with several pictures of each shoe, descriptions and with a vast range of shoes, some with big discounts. The pair I decided on had 50% off, and also received the discount from Quidco. With free postage (received shoes two days after ordering); returns are free too (although never returned shoes myself), makes ordering worry free. Used Clarkes shoes many times over the years - last well and very comfortable.

I assume that there is a problem with Clarks, when you consider my problem and the advice given by Quidco, where they advise you to cancel the transaction if it hasn't tracked. You will only find this info when you go to raise a claim.

Have used site on several occasions. Cashback not even registered when ordered in December. Raised a cashback claim for the 11% and still waiting for Quidco to advise (why a month before even a response)!! Still waiting ............... Disgusted with both Quidco and Clarks for lack of speed and poor service.

Even though I like the quality of the products, speed of delivery and free returns policy of Clarks, they are very poor on the cash back site. They either decline every tracked amount or reduce it to a much smaller amount. I have had to chase up every single time, as sometimes, a purchase does not even track until I put in a claim. My last claim over more than £10 was simply declined for no obvious reasons and I am still waiting for an answer. Overall, it is very time-consuming to keep track of the cashback earned with Clarks. Very unusual for an otherwise very professional company.

This is the only retailer that I have had a problem with receiving Cashback on. Thought the first time maybe I did something wrong, but second time I ordered exactly as per instructions. Order was never tracked back to Quidco and therefore NO cashback. So beware! But at these sale prices it was really an extra bonus.. but I bet they have more money that me so I'd much rather it was in my pocket !!

I love Clarks shoes - always a good fit at a reasonable price and delivered well packaged and quickly . I am disappointed though that they have declined my cashback claim due to the fact that I ordered the same shoe in two different sizes for fit, then returned one pair. Reducing the cashback to what was actually kept would be fair, but to decline the whole purchase isn't, in my opinion.

Good quality shoes, ideal for winter. soft suede uppers finished with leather trim. The heel height is just right, not too high, not too low. But, the real reason I bought these shoes is Clarks lovely built in cushion soles.

The reason for using these cash back websites are just that CASH BACK. I had to raise a query then chase again, finally getting my cash back! I have used this site on a number of occasions and I have noticed that you hardly ever get your cash back. Still waiting for a payment for quite a big item I purchased! Really not good enough! As for Clarks well can't fault the quality and delivery service and pricing is ok! Sorry can't really be more positive.
