After seeing the previous reviews i was a little worried i wouldnt be paid out, however Co-op came up with the goods. Excellent holiday booked online Dec 12, great value and speedy and effecient service. Just been paid for cash back so alittle slow but came good in the end.

Avoid. They owe £47 and refuse claim because they say commission was paid elsewhere, when they know that's not true. Only went through them for what we thought was generous commission. And it was a terrible holiday, not that they have bothered to ask. Cretins

Not at all happy. After chasing for nearly a year, cashback declined! You might want to know, that if you book through Coop and an operator is involved, they are self employed, working from home and they gain the commission. We only found this out when we asked for a quote, decided after the quote to book directly online (changing certain criteria and getting a better deal), only to get a rather rude e-mail from the person we originally obtained the quote from advising us that she only gets paid if we book through her and blaming us for her loss of commission. We did not know this. We thought that booking through the coop was equivalent of booking through a high street travel agency. Beware.

No problems at all. As you would expect from the Co-op a reliable service, good value and a decent amount of cashback. Even greater value if you are a member as you also receive points.
