I purchased goods in June 2012 and the cashback was declined on 1st May 2013, I have no idea why as I followed the terms and conditions. I cannot be bothered to pursue it. The goods are not bad but you do need to pay the postage to return them if they do not fit etc. I will not be buying anything else, too much competition around and I do not like the idea that a company is offering cashback when really it has no intention of fulfilling it.

16 months seems far too long, but at least it was paid eventually. Having bought products from them and followed washing guidelines, without exception, everything shrinks.

Goods are excellent but not worth the hassle of getting cashback. It also costs you postage if you want to send goods back.

The purchase was OK, but it took 358 days to get the cash-back confirmed. I think that this is ridiculous given the time-scales quoted by Quidco (9 months). If you are purchasing from Cotton Traders with a view to reducing cost via cash-back then don't bother there are plenty of deals with other companies. Will not be using again.

It took eleven months to get cashback on my Cotton Traders purchase, and then only after I queried it with Quidco. I think this is totally unacceptable. The goods themselves and the delivery were excellent.

I have been buying from Cotton Traders through quidco since march all my orders have tracked but to date I have received NO cash back. Don't buy from them if you use the cash back to calculate how much you think you will be paying for your goods. Goods generally very good quality and prompt delivery shame they are appalling at giving cash back. Am considering not using them any more.

I made a number of purchases late last year (2011) and after chasing on numerous occasions I have finally received it (Oct 2012). They are not quick, but at least I got it in the end!

I have been waiting a year for the first items bought through Quidco. I have bought several things at various times during this year, but have never recieved any cash back. I will not be buying anything else from them.
