Without any reason declined cash back, some rubbish about referrer. Rubbish company with rubbish reps anyway so use a different ski company. Won be using them again

Booked holiday via Quidco in Sept and nothing happened for 4 months. So raised claim in January and a few days later was paid what i was owed. Happy but on reading other reviews not sure if i would rely on it in future.

Cashback declined for no reason - booking completed through the quidco link and no cookies etc on my mahcine. Deeply unimpressed, missing out on around £50 because of this.

Claim went in November. It's now March and finally it's come back.....as rejected. Apparently the sake was made through a different referrer?? I'm gutted as there's no way that's the case. I clicked the link, went to the site, searched and booked the holiday. Had cashback from every other site I've used so far in the same method. Leads me to believe someone just doesn't want to cough up the cash when it's a substantial amount :( I've alerted Quidco to the claim rejection, let's see what happens.

I used Quidco when I purchased by £3000 holiday from Crystal Sk. I did everything perfectly right but they declined the cashback leaving me with no comeback. My advice - avoid them. The holiday was poor value for money too!
