So far, i have always been paid but i have had couple of purchases which were refused, claimed for and then paid. Also, had a couple not track recently and i always delete all temp files & cookies and restart browser before purchasing. The number of feedback with the same experience is a worry so i entered in to a live chat with Quidco support and asked if they were doing anything about it. I tried including the transcript here but Quidco moderators blocked it, they deemed it "inappropriate". To summarise, I was basically told Quidco are monitoring the situation, they also indicated they are waiting for a response from Dell regardng the problems we are all having. So for now it seem's you better not rely on receiving the cashback.

As a well seasoned Quidcoer I know how it works and for dell to refuse cashback of over £230 on a Server purchase, it is not on. Consider using other methods to get the discount such as other, higher value coupons as Dell aren't paying out on the Quidco deals anymore!

Cashback often fails to track and Dell almost always then decline the claim despite you having records of internet receipts etc.

I've purchased a few machines from Dell both consumer and business, on all but the first occasion they have declined the cashback for any reason. Last few were 'cashback paid elsewhere' - how? i work in IT and know exactly how to use quidco (over £600 last year) so i know this is BS. 'Cashback not credited to Quidco' again simply an excuse.. The other trick is they call you to confirm your order (no change) then you get the 'not completed wholly online' excuse.. £300 down due to dell using tactics to avoid paying out, knowing there is no comeback as you cant even reply to the tickets from quidco to complain about the retailer. Quidco need to take action on this retailer, looks like my experience is same as many others.

I don't know what's going on with Dell on Quidco now. Never used to have problems, purchases would track quickly, payments made no problem, but in the last half a year things have stopped tracking, I have to keep raising claims, and today I get a Quidco update stating my £95 Dell cashback has been declined as "commission for the referral has been paid elsewhere". Well I'd love to know where elsewhere it's been paid as I sure haven't got it! I only use Quidco but it's going down the drain. I'm not talking about just a few quid or so, I'm talking about significant money that influences who you shop with. I repeat, Dell cashback used to work great. I'm not doing anything differently now so why is nothing tracking and my cashback being declined now?

Delivery has always been excellent. Cashback tracking failed - months later it has been rectified. This was not always the case in the past. Finding the appropriate items on the Dell website is simple and straightforward.

We spent £6500 on a Server, software etc with Dell. A month after purchase we found it fairly overpriced compared to the wider market. It broke three times within 2 months due to substandard parts & to top it all after a year of chasing Dell just declined the cashback!

use them too many times, and they suspend your transaction, so you have to call them, therefore voiding the cashback claim! Once you speak to someone over telephone you cashback claim is voided!

Great product. Great service. The site works well but hunt around for bargains. Don't use cashback codes that aren't on the Quidco site. If you want Dell then buying through Quidco is definitely worthwhile. If you price match on the basis of your cashback, don't ... sometimes they just don't add your cashback or give you the wrong amount, or don't track. Usually they do, but not every time. And they are very slow to resolve this, if at all ... six months so far. But but from Dell because it's a good product at a good price and if you do get cashback ... it's a nice surprise.

I use a clean laptop with ccleaner on that wipes all cookies before I click to place order as I have learnt to my cost about non payments from other companies on quidco That is why I know for a fact it should have tracked as a sale to me, £43 is far too much to lose in this climate, and it is annoying that they can just not pay without at least saying exactly why my perfect tracked order did not pay out I would not expect to be paid and if you do it's a bonus

Firstly, Quidco have been Excellent in terms of pushing Dell on my behalf. However Dell initially claimed that there was no evidence of the purchase when I raised the claim some 8 months ago and have concluded now that the claim be declined. Although we normally purchase via telecoms for our company I purchased the product based partly on the incentive of a 10% cashback offer for a business laptop via Quidco. After our company being dissapointed with Dell on various aspects from customer support to misleading sales advice over 3 of our last laptop purchases from them and now this, we will have to take this into account on future upgrades.

I would recommend using another supplier for pc's dell has refused my cashback claim. claiming it was not through quidco even though proof has been supplied. Very poor customer service!!!

Great product and very fast tracking, however I'm not sure the Cashback was that much faster. Despite this, it's a good amount to get back for the purchase of a computer, and Dell are reliable and generally helpful if anything goes wrong. I'd buy from them again.

Spent nearly £1,700 with Dell on Laptop and Desktop but neither product tracked automatically. Quidco are looking in to this for me - support response was prompt and polite. I will keep you posted. Yesterday tried a 25% off Dell Printers Code - this did not work. Quidco have now discovered that the offer has been withdrawn. QuidCo support say the offer and code SJX7R903D?GFMC has been removed from their site. At 10:45 on Wed 10th October 2012 the 25% off Dell Printers offer and code is still listed on the Qiodco website so I'm a bit confused....

Both my Dell transactions tracked straight away with a sign stating 'fast payment' yet one was paid after 2 months the other is due to be paid but after 3 months.
