I have used a couple of times and neither time did the orders track and had to raise a claim. Did eventually pay cash back. Website itself has a good stock at reasonable prices and is quick to process order and deliver.

Very slow to pay, still waiting for confirmation on some orders after 3 months while they've confirmed and payed on more recent orders. Good retailer otherwise but inconsistent with regards to cashback.

Very very slow @ tracking confirming and paying. only after putting in a claim and repeatedly enquiring about it. This is not the first time I have not been happy.

Wool and needles delivered so quickly and everything packaged really well. I have no hesitation in recommending Deramores. Their range of patterns, knitting yarns and accessories is excellent too.
