I've had to wait 9 months from start to finish and I had to raise the claim. I use my iPad and have done for ages and yet haven't had the same response or experience with other cash back providers. Still, at least they paid out.. ;)

Happy with the deal. shame about the wait, seemed to take forever as I bought this back at the beginning if July 12. Still, got my money but be prepared to wait!

Very Disappointing, it has been 7 months and no cashback has been recieved. I have queried this with Quidco and still nothing. Sort it out Directline.....

Took out a policy in Jul 2012 through Quidco. Seemed to track successfully, however am still waiting on the cashback to arrive. It should not take this long. Very disappointed.
