great products from this retailer however the cashback payment is slow it took 4 1/2 months to get paid . their couriers arent brilliant they chucked the box over my side gate good job it wasnt anthing breakable but there was goog packaging inside. overall fairly happy with my purchase from disney.

Disney products are great expensive but good quality however they use the most awful delivery company put me off buying again wish they switch to parcel force. Took 3 attempts and numerous phone calls to get my parcel second time it has happened put me off so much will only buy Instore now.

Good, if a little slow to pay. Be warned that deliveries have big pictures of Mickey Mouse on them, not great if its a surprise.

I absolutely adore Disney and their products but really? Four months and still waiting? That's very slow on Disney's behalf. Other than that the order itself was satisfactory and their service was good as expected.

Disney Store is very slow to payout, but Quidco support do chase them up for you and keep you informed of progress. Packaging is much better now than it used to be, but Disney can take a week to post out to you.

love disney store, love buying from them cashback is very very very slow, expect to wait months and most likely up to 6 months - half a year for cashback ??? really???? seem to get a loot of problems with with delivery - items not turning up when expected, damaged goods, items missing, delivery not turning up at all and mystery people signing for it.... i seem to have never ending problems when waiting on delivery.... but when items eventually arrive im happy with the products 80% of the time

I am still waiting for tracked cashback from June and August to be confirmed. It is all very well offering occasional higher rates of cashback but when you have to wait over 6 months just for Disney Store to even confirm the cashback is beyond a joke. Get you act together Disney and get your website working properly if you are selling more items online instead of in your Stores throughout the UK.
