Took nearly 10 months but I now have my cash back confirmed from Dwell. however i have since been put off by Using dwell from a customer services perspective as my request for a fabris colour swatch seemed too much trouble for them. Could do better!

I'm a fan of dwell but their cashback process is very slow. I bought a sofa from them in September 2012 and the target date for cashback is October 2013!

I am still waiting after 9 months and estimated payment date is in anothger 6 months! Don't bother! Dwell is the worst payer I have experiened with Quidco.

I am still waiting (over 9 months) for cashback to be paid from this company. Avoid them and Quidco and take your business elsewhere as Dwell drag their feet to pay cashback and Quidco customer care simply are not bothered to do anything about chasing the complaint up for you, but by then its too late as you have paid for the goods. Items are in stock on the website but then you get told that the order will be delayed and they expect you to wait 5 months for it to be delivered in dribs and drabs and when it comes, it is poor quality. DIRE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM BOTH DWELL AND QUIDCO My experience of Dwell cash back through QUIDCO is rubbish. They dont care about the service their customers receive.

Cashback claim was denied even though I followed all their terms and conditions and did not use a voucher. Don't hold your breath if you are expecting cashback from Dwell.

still havent got the cash back! status still 'tracked'...hmmm... will they ever appear in my account... how long does it take to get it confirmed/paid? its already far exceeded the expectation set on the website..

I made a sofa purchase which was on sale at the time. they declined the cashback claiming that I used a voucher code (which I did not). If you google this company or check their Facebook page, there is nothing but complaints about this compnay. Although the sofa arrived on time and looks great

Ordered 3 advertised products with delivery dates included. Once paid for in full the delivery date went up to over 4 months, one product then became 'discontinued'. No contact from the company to say what was happening. Needless to say I cancelled the whole order and went elsewhere.

After two enquiries and waiting since 03/11/11 I now expect not to get the £75 promised by Dwell. This comes as no surprise really. We bought a suite from them which was damaged on arrival waited three months for a replacement which wasn't much better than the one we returned. Not wanting to wait another three months we have kept the suite. The quality of product and service is very poor and would not advise buying from Dwell.
