Quidcoers beware the price is much much higher when buying through quidco £110 rental was £160 when i click through quidco certainly not get the difference back in cashback...

Booked 3 weeks prior to pick up. Great rate. Rental took place Mid Feb and 8 weeks later payment showing as confirmed. Excellent service provided by branch as always. Vast improvement from Jan 2012 when it took over eight months for Cashback.

As the title says - I got a decent car, quickly, with friendly service from Europcar. Quick review of the car showed a few minor scratches, which i discussed with them and the went through the policy about what is damage and what is not. Car was clean, fully fueled and ready to go - in and out in about 5 mins.

It looks like several reviews say the same thing - whilst the product and service is good the "faster paying" just does not happen. 4 months for my payment!

Used this firm a few times and without exception have issues of suspect damage appearing on the vehicle after return. Every time you need to provide photos and wait about 2 months for your security deposit to be returned.

Still waiting for cashback after 8 months. They claim to be faster payers but not in my experience. Pricing and product very good - have used and will use Europcar again.

Had to move some stuff - van hire required - cashback meant the already unbelievable rate got another £11 back - result! Great midrange transit van - no quibbles on return - fantastic.

Always do a google search for "offers" as you can save 50% off the rental. Good company, however cashback is very very slow.
