Evans offers & cashback

Cashback I've rated poor on tracking and payment but I wouldn't have left anything if I could have. I have made several purchase from them in the last few months and nothing ever updated or confirmed - very poor showing for such a company. - Don't think I purchase anything from them again - best with Elvi as they give customers 5 star treatment About to submit claims on the unpaid amounts

Have shopped with Evans quite a few times and always have to put in a cashback claim but still dont receive anything so really its a waste of time

I like Evans only in as much as they make plus size clothing. They are doing some better products but still need to look at other companies who produce plus sizes in their usual items so still making them on trend. As far as the cashback goes, I've rated poor on payment but I wouldn't give them anything if I could have left it! I have multiple orders since late 2011 and now and have never received ANY cashback...I queried some the other week and the 2 I queried have now been paid but there were another few items on the same order which have not. Do I really have to submit a query for every item of clothing bought since 2011?? Ridiculous!

Have shopped with Evans many times but yet to receive cash back. Will no longer bother to shop with them.

Very disappointed that a company like Evans treats its customers so badly. Why are they on Quidco when they don't honour the cashback?

I have ordered many times over the last few years and although all have tracked, I am yet to be paid any cashback! Hardly worth clicking through if no payments are to be processed :(

I have three purchases - December 2011, and two in April 2012 that haven't been confirmed yet. It is now March 2013!

Products are decent quality but I made 5 transactions within a year, no cashback so far... Probably I am not the only one:)

Bought items November '11, it's now February '13 and still no cashback! Like another reviewer said "clothes are probably worn out by the time cashback is paid" - worn out I donated them to my bin 3 months ago!

I have only just had my cashback confirmed on purchases over 9monhs ago. VERY POOR SERVICE FOR A COMPANY THE SIZE OF EVANS

Just the usual Evans stuff, don't rely on the pictures as the models are all Photoshopped, and the website is clunky, slow and the search engine is atrocious, but it arrives in a reasonable time and is well packaged. Be warned that most of the clothing is marketed to either colourblind 75 year olds or 19 year old six footers with enormous breasts and skinny legs. But there's the odd thing there that doesn't make you look like a streetwalker or pensioner, and it's not as if there is a multitude of options for clothes once you get above a size 12. But I still have outstanding cashback from 2011. It's the only retailer that I use that has ever taken so long.

I shop with them anyway so this cashback is a nice little bonus but it is super slow. My purchase made in April was only confirmed in January (over 9 months later) after I queried it with the Support team. If you are going to make the purchase anyway then get your cashback but dont choose this retailer soley on this as the wait is not worth the effort!

No cashback so far, I do shop at Evans but still not revived any cashback.bit of a waste of time if they are not paying.

It has taken over a year to get my cashback, very slow indeed! The site was easy to navigate and packaging and delivery time were fine but Evans is very very slow at honouring the promised cashback. I think over a year is extreme.

I made my order in November 2011 for my mum last Christmas. I'm still awaiting payment and its only 75p. it's a joke I'm waiting a year plus for such a small value. Don't bother with this supplier, you'll be waiting forever!!!

Just like all the other reviewers I am still waiting for my cashback to be confirmed over 6 months after purchase. Does Evans ever pay any cashback? What is the point of listing them here if they don't pay out? This needs to be sorted out Quidco!

I am waiting for payment of cashback since April 2012... I am a regular Evans shopper & feel that this is poor treatment for a loyal customer. I take the cashback discounts into consideration when making purchases and comparing to alternative stores so I do value the payments very much. I regret that this slow service is affecting my likelihood of shopping with Evans in the future and may be more inclined to look at competitors. This is a shame as I like the products in general & think they offer good quality and good delivery timescales. Come on Evans, please deal with it!!

Still not paid my tracked cashback after almost a year.... ridiculous. Come on evans sort it out already! No need!

The slowness of cash back payments really lets Evans down. I'm still waiting for the cash back on things I ordered in December 2011! It's a shame as the web site is easy to navigate and as they take Paypal, easy to pay for.

Cashback is about average compared to other retailers about 4 months.. but as I class this as an 'extra bonus' Im not too bothered. Delivery was ok at 3 days from order to receipt and packaging was secure and returns straightforward. I just wish Evans would use slightly better fabrics I would rather pay a few pounds more for decent material.... some of the fabrics they use are cheap, thin and clingy so it puts me off ordering on line as I am usually dissapointed when I try them on!

I have never been paid out by Evans. Made 31 purchases all tracked Ok starting on 25th Nov 2011.

I love Evans, I do virtually all of my clothes shopping with them. It is such a shame that the speed of confirmation of cashback takes so long. I am STILL waiting for cashback from 11 months (that's right 11 months) ago!!

Good site with great choice........however, like previous reviewers I have encountered a long delay in receiving cashback payment. I placed a number of orders in December 2011, it is now nearly November 2012 and there is STILL no sign of my cashback from any of them.

Great company for choice prices quality and quick secure delivery, but a big let down on paying cashback. I have been waiting since November 2011 !
