I have used this retailer via Quidco several times now and never once has the cashback tracked. When a cashback claim is submitted it is always declined. Don't get me wrong, I like Feelunique - its products are competitively priced and delivery is always quick......I just wont be buying from them through Quidco in the future.

Only critisism with the retailer is they don't tell you they will use a courier and not royal mail, and so had problems with delivery

Cashback didnt track and refused due to use of voucher code when I didnt use one. Used this site regularily and cashback more often doesnt track for me and claims have been slow to be resolved and this case a phantom code has been used. Good service but reluctant o pay cashback.

Have made two fairly large purchases from feel unique via quidco, which when combined, should have earned me quite a hefty amount of cashback . However, cashback was declined on both occasions on the basis that my cashback was paid 'to another referrer'. I reluctantly accepted this excuse the first time round and made sure to clear all my cookies and do everything by the book for my second purchase...but alas still no cashback! I will not be purchasing from them again on a matter of principle (plus I have read some other reviews and found many others experiencing the same problem) which is a shame really as their actual retail service / products are fantastic.

I have been using feelunique.com for several years now to purchase my Decleor Skin Care sets. I've always found them to be the best priced for this brand and they often have offers on that make the products even better value.
Most recently I have used the site to purchase fragrances as gifts for others. Yet again I found them to be far cheaper than the high street chains and even most internet sites. Delivery has become much more prompt but I would still recommend ordering in good time if your purchase is intended as a gift.
Cash back was quick in terms of both tracking and payment.
I would recommend.

Fantastic prices, always cheaper than anywhere else. Great offers especially on the 750ml shampoo's they are cheaper than the warehouses that the hairdressers use.
Deliveries are usually within 4-5 days.
Couldnt fault them, i use them on a regular basis.

Site easy to navigate, tracked within the hour, delivery within a few days and cashback confirmed within a fortnight. The only negative was that the delivery driver left the parcel behind my gate uncovered on a rainy day (without me instruct that) and it was cardboard packaging so it got soggy but the product was fine, would have been an issue if it was gift as the product box was ruined.

Got the cash back. That was very quick. Can't fault that. But alas no goods and no word from the company despite email and tweets.
I know it's busy at Xmas and stuff goes astray but I thought customer service was about customer service.

The site is very easy to navigate and the ordering process is very simple, quick and easy to use. Prices I believe are very competitive and the free post and packing is excellent value, especially free delivery worldwide. I ordered 6 x 500 ml bottles of E45 cream and these were dispatched promptly. They were delivered in 3 packages, 2 bottles in each, due to the weight of each bottle. I was informed immediately by email to expect 3 separate packages and of their dispatch. I feel that by splitting the order into 3 boxes was the most appropriate way to protect them and secure their safe delivery. I am very satisfied with the overall experience of dealing with this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

I always use feelunique and cannot fault their products or service. Their cashback tracking is awful however. As a previous reviewer has said, feelunique frequently decline cashback claims giving the reason as using another cashback site. I don't use any other cashback sites other than Quidco, so I don't see how this can be possible! After much trial and error, cashback tracking on feelunique seems to be much more reliable if I clear my internet browser's history and cookies before I signin to Quidco and then visit feelunique. I hope this helps everyone!

Overall Feelunique is a good retailer, apart from getting your casback. They said they paid my cashback to another merchant. However, I only use Quidco and don't even know any other cashback sites so this is impossible. Everytime I've had to make a claim it get declined with the same excuse.

Easy to navigate website with drop down menus. Free delivery, not sure whether standard or due to Quidco voucher. Order arrived within 2 days. Got cashback and £7.00 off through a voucher code for spending over £50.00. The Gaultier 2 aftershave / perfume was competitively priced, indeed I think it was the cheapest I found online by a couple of £ once postage taken into account, made even better by the cash back, the boxers were standard price but used to push my order price up for the voucher. Cashback was tracked and confirmed almost instantly after making the purchase.

I ordered some Philip Kingsley products. Their service is very quick as is their cash back. I'm very impressed with FeelUnique.com, they aren't the cheapest, BUT there is only a difference of about 0.02p so paying an extra 2p really is worth it ... excellent service and excellent speed with their cashback. I could do with a 10% cashback rate, but hey 7% is OK.
