Still not cash back from this company 4 weeks ha ha still waiting after 2months. I know its not alot but i use quidco and expect a better service than this from them, Please get this sorted and hand over the cash back reward please

It took over a year and a claim to be raised and chased through to get the cashback payment. Service from flybe is as you would expect from a budget airline.

Much like the airline its a hit and miss affair, none of my cashback has tracked with this retailer since the end of 2010 resulting in claims being raised, it also used to appear / dissappear regularly from the available retailers. Claims are very protracted and usually fall just within the 12 months for settlement. Dont like using them unless I have too and rue the day they went into codeshare with Air France to operate most of their UK regional flights as the service went down and prices went up considerably.

Quite a good airline. As you'd expect for the price its no frills flying. No complimentary snacks or drinks on flight but comfy and decent leg room. For some reason for most of my flights (maybe I'm just unlucky) and information from work colleagues they seem to have a habit of cancelling the second from last flight and putting everyone on the last flight of the day and everyone always seems to fit on, hence they name we have for them at work of Fly MayBe. Cashback Tracking is quick, payment speed is average. New website is a great improvement on the last one they had.

Miserly 1% but at least it's on the total. Some airlines have fixed cashback regardless of total cost and some impose bizarre restrictions e.g. Aer Lingus (no cashback if flying from Ireland). Good airline to fly with, especially now they've increased their hand baggage allowance to the industry "norm"
