- Cashback can only be approved once you have sent your handset to Fone Bank.
- Only genuine used handsets previously owned by the customer will be accepted. Any customer found to be recycling a large numbers of mobile phones will be evaluated by the retailer to ensure that the transactions in question are genuine. Any transactions found to be an attempt to profit from the cashback in a commercial nature will be cancelled.
- Members should only use voucher codes listed on Quidco. If you use voucher codes or gift vouchers that are not listed on Quidco your cashback may not track or be declined.
- Cashback may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.
