Purchase made 8th December.Still waiting for cashback over five months later. They are by far the slowest retailer I have dealt with as far as cashback is concerned. The goods themselves were fine .

Spotted an offer for xbox 360 game at half price so ordered and received item next day but one. Item was well packaged and received confirmed cashback after approx. 12 weeks. Website very easy to find offers.

I can't fault them really. I know they've had their issues in the past, but pricing was good and competitive, delivery was swift and painless - it's pretty much what you need from an internet retailer really. My only wish? They offered the same pricing structure in the high-street so that I could pop in and pick up what I need and also help keep the shops on the high-street open, with people in jobs....hey ho... Use Game online though - great service, great pricing, great games!

I pre ordered a game expecting to have it by the release date - how wrong. The order finally arrived 3 days after the release date, I was unable to track the order and unclear as to why it was so late. This was ordered as a gift to be available one the release date and was a disappointment. No idea at this point whether the cash back will be any more successful. I have used other on-line retailers in the past to preorder games and had much better service, I will not be using Game for on-line purchases again.

They say it was tracked successfully but payment declined despite there being no errors on my behalf with the transaction. Will shop elsewhere in future.

Ordered a game on their 50% off new games promotion but it never arrived. No tracking facility on standard deliveries. You have to wait 10 working days before you can contact them about lost deliveries (even though they quote 2 days to deliver!). You cant actually speak to customer services - the phone number for customer services directs you to webchat where they confirmed they would only send a replacement (I needed it for a present so couldn't do this) or a refund. I asked if I could collect a replacement one from store but you can't. Apparently the only way is if I went into store and paid full price - they refused to refund the price difference etc. Will purchase elsewhere in future!

The cashback took nearly a year to be confirmed! However, other than the lengthy cashback duration, everything was good. If you don't wish to wait for the cashback, there are probably other retailers from whom you can purchase the products.

great retailer service, reasonable and competitive prices, prompt delivery and excellent customer service but as far as linking though with Quidco dont hold ya breath for your cash back! Really let Quidco reputation down.... purchase tracked 16th November 2011 paid out on November 18th 2012... OVER A YEAR????

Decent range of stock, some exclusive items. Pricing is competetive but there are cheaper places to shop. Cashback time is rather slow and sometimes doesn't work properly with pre-orders.
