Its the second time I bought with Goldsmiths and they always take forever to get your cashback with them. Plus they never track your purchase amount properly and you always have to submit a cashback claim. :-( Quidco please sort this out!!! Its been a year since I bought for them and what for my cashback!!!!!

I spotted the item I wanted and after half an hour of looking elsewhere, I purchased it. The goods actually arrived before the transaction was tracked! It has took just over a month for the cashback to be paid, so I won't be booking any holidays on the basis of Goldsmith's speedy payment.

After purchasing a watch was expecting a cashback of £245. Firstly cashback was not acknowledged from the Goldsmith website after purchase. After asking Quidco to chase the cashback was informed that Goldsmith informed them that the cashback will not be paid for no reason. As a result of this experience my conclusion is that the Goldsmith cashback is very bad and unreliable.

Excellent quality product and with the cash-back excellent value for money. Delivery was fast and used a secure delivery service and not one of the high street couriers.
