We had excellent service from the staff at H Samuel (Coventry), and even better service when we had to have adjustments to watch bracelets. However, the gents watch had to be sent away for another small adjustment, and it took quite a while to be returned.

Great item, my girlfriend loved the earrings, the tracking was very fast. The amount/percentage was ok, i'd like to see better though and the speed of payment is ridiculously slow. I know it tells you up to 6 months but honestly i think they (at least 75% of retailers) should be pushed to get to under 3 months.

Very slow at recieving cashback, made a purchase in October 2012, it is now March 2013 at still no cashback!! Disappointed with this.

There can often be a stigma attached to the more mainstream high street jewellery stores but H Samuel were excellent and had an excellent range of rings. The cash back just topped it all off nicely

In-store cashback that I was unaware of at time of purchase so a bonus really. Tracked to account quickly. Just took 5 months for payment to come thro to Quidco. It HM Samuels, regular high street jeweller, product offering & pricing.

Always a great service from H.Samuel bought plenty of stuff in them past so i am glad that they are part of the in-store cashback scheme. Would recommend to anyone just a tip though remember to register the card or cards you use and give it 24hrs before purchasing with it.

I got in-store cash back with h Samuel which is a great idea! It tracked really quickly (same day). However I used it in July and it didn't confirm until December which is a little slow compared to others.
