Received cashback after 1 year, yes one year. And that also got declined initially and then i had to re-claim it . Product was kind of overpriced and it took 6 weeks to deliver and the shipping cost was £60.

I bought the Sofa set a year ago now Easter bank holiday, very nice product and is surviving a 5 year old using it as a trampoline. Cash back tracked as full sales amount BUT they then refused to pay, had to prove I had bought it and adjust cash back to just the cost of the sofa, as it was a high amount it was worth chasing! The Cashback has just been confirmed 9 months late is better than never :) supper job by quidco team!

I ordered a sofa from Harvey's and was told it wouldn't be available for two months. I was given the option to cancel but wrote to the head of the company who looked into it for me and found the sofa I wanted and delivered it in time for Christmas.

Still waiting for cashback for good delivered summer. The goods and delivery were good but don't rely on cashback for the best deal. Cashback claim raised in August but no response yet - very poor service.

Cashback never tracked. Took almost 1 year to get the cashback. Miserable failure from Harveys but I wouldn't have expected anything more.

Not very good customer service and was about 2 months late delivering goods and not keeping me informed, cant really say i would reccomend them to anyone until they sort out there customer service out.

Harveys had good product selection and quality was great. However, we considered the price based on the cashback amount and over a year later we are still waiting despite 8 months ago being told by Quidco Support that Harveys had agreed the cashback. Not sure if this is Quidco or Harveys fault but considering using other cashback sites in the future

What can I say? POOR! Ordering was fine - delivery service poor, product poor and still no cashback 12 months on. Will not be spending any more money with Harveys
