Healthspan offers & cashback

We order stuff for our dog from these guys. Last time it tracked quickly but seemed to take forever for them to send it. They don't even tell you when they have dispatched so it's purely guesswork and lots of waiting around. They disregard emails. and they finally even declined cashback for no reason at all. I wouldn't even use them if anybody else sold this stuff but it is pretty hard to get hold of elsewhere. If you don't have to use them I wouldn't recommend.

Research the price before you buy as you will not get good customer service from them. I was going to return an item but decided to keep it to save hassle, and they declined my cashback. Not a firm that i could honestly recommend to others. In my case, 1 out of 10 for customer service and honesty.

I received the products I ordered in containers that have been very well suited for posting through letter boxes but useless to store tablets. The lid that is supposed to clip shut and keep the tablets safe inside the container does not clip shut properly and I have had to use an old container from a competitor to store the tablets in (this occurs with two different products so I cannot put this down to a single faulty container). So if you don't mind the lid constantly falling off and the tablets being left without a top then this company's product sdo seem good value for money. Cannot comment on customer service as the products I asked for arrived in a timely fashion and without any problems.
