Will I pay more at the merchant's site because I am using Quidco? No. You need to start your shopping at Quidco and click through the Quidco link to the merchant but from then on you will be on the merchant site and shopping as normal. You will not pay extra and your warranty and guarantee will be with the merchant as normal. The only difference is that you started your shopping by clicking through from Quidco.
Will I see a discount at the merchant checkout page? No. Quidco will track your transaction and report the Quidco cashback in your Quidco account (click on My Earnings). This usually takes a day or two to appear but please check the statistics on each merchant's page for full details. Read more about tracking
What's the catch? Quidco holds back the first £5 you earn in a year, after that it's all yours. Read more about the admin fee
Will you sell my personal information? No. We're pretty passionate about respectfully guarding member information. We will never sell your information or email you with "special offers". Read more about Quidco's anti-spam policy
How long does it take to be paid? Payment speed varies from merchant to merchant (you can see the statistics on each merchant's page) but the average time is 1-2 months from the date of your purchase.
