What happens if my purchase doesn't track?

All transactions made online are tracked by third party organisations called affiliate networks, who do so using cookies (small pieces of data dropped by a website into a users browser). In the main, tracking takes place smoothly, but there are a range of issues which can cause problems. To reduce such tracking issues we suggest reading the following tips.

On the rare occasion that issues in automatic tracking arise; you can submit a manual cashback claim. A claim can only be raised 3 days after purchase and within 7 weeks of purchase.
