Transactions not completed wholly online
To keep track of your earnings, we rely on cookies. These can only set properly when your transaction is made smoothly in one online session. If at any point the order made via Quidco has to be modified or confirmed over the phone or resubmitted, the original Quidco relationship is in most cases completely lost. This makes it impossible for us to continue tracking the commission and the status will change to 'declined'.
If you are in this situation, you may want to consider going through the purchase again via Quidco and completely canceling the original one.
