Missing Transactions

We only accept enquiries regarding transactions made in the last 12 weeks on most merchants. Some have shorter timespans.

First off please understand that we cannot pay out on transactions that were not completed wholly online. There's nothing we can do about this. If any part of your transaction was completed over the telephone or through any other medium we will not receive commission for this and we therefore cannot pass the earnings on to you.

Second, if you use other means of cashback please check if the transaction was tracked with them. Merchants will only pay out once and if the transaction has been attributed to another site or organisation we will not receive commission for this transaction.

Third, double-check to make sure the transaction has not been reported in your earnings. Sometimes amounts can be slightly different or the date off slightly.

Lastly, please please go through the points above. It saves us time, it saves the merchants time and it prevents your enquiry from being deemed fraudulent.

Enquiries on commission amounts of under £1 will not be sent to the merchant but we still appreciate submissions as they assist us in keeping a record of how well a merchant's transactions track.

Quidco cashback is only a possibility, not a guarantee. We pass all of the money we receive for your account on to you (less the yearly admin fee). It is not our obligation to pay any outstanding amounts that, for whatever reason, we do not receive from the merchant.
