These statistics are only a guideline and NOT a guarantee! They are also only an indication of Quidco and its members experience and not an opinion or judgment on the merchant.
Tracking Speed
This is an indicator of how long it takes the merchant to report transactions to us.
Tracking Reliability
This is an indicator of how likely transactions are to track automatically. Merchants that have quite detailed requirements (such as gambling sites) may be more prone to transactions not tracking as expected. The percent of successful enquiries is an indicator of how effective the merchant has been at tracking down missing transactions.
Payment Speed
This is an indicator of how long it takes merchants to pay us.
Why are some statistics unavailable?
The major reason is that not enough members have used the merchant and we do not have enough data. We are also unable to publish reliability statistics for merchants where the average earnings per transaction are less than £1. This is because we cannot ask merchants to investigate small amounts and can therefore not determine the true number of missing transactions.
