"The page cannot be displayed" Error


Certain areas of the site use secure connections. Unfortunately Windows (and Internet Explorer) sometimes develop problems and fail to handle secure connections correctly.

If you are experiencing this problem please do the following:

1. Check if your browser can handle secure connections
Use the VeriSign online checker to test your browser.

2. Attempt to fix the problem!
A quick search on Google shows that this is a well known problem. If you read throught the results you'll also see that there are many causes.

DUX Computer Digest gives a pretty good list of things to try. We strongly recommend that you do the first few steps (updating Windows and scanning for worms, viruses, and spyware) anyway, ideally every week!

Firefox
Once you have done the first few steps mentioned above, you may want to try installing and using the Firefox browser to test if it is a problem with Internet Explorer or something else.
