How to clear the cookies and cache in your browser

Firefox

- Select the Tools menu and choose Options.
- Choose the Privacy section and the "Show Cookies" tab.
- Clear your cookies by clicking the "Remove all Cookies Now" button.



Next, click the "Settings" button in the Private Data area. Untick all the boxes except "cache" and click OK. Then click the "Clear Now" button. (Tip: if you're using Firefox as your dedicated Quidco browser, you can tick both the Cache & Cookies boxes; then you only need click the "Clear Now" button to clear both the cache and cookies before beginning a Quidco shopping spree.)

Internet Explorer

- Select the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
- Choose the General tab.
- Clear your cookies by clicking the "Delete Cookies" button.
- Clear your cache by clicking the "Delete Files" button. (Note that if you have a lot of temporary internet files the first time you do this, it may take a few minutes to complete this step.)
- Click OK.
