Denied cashback when it was at 10%. I orignally wrote a glowing review but I now retract it as they denied a cashback even after evidence.

Purchase toner at £97 but declined the 10% cashback. It seems I'm not alone. Please don't waste your time with them.

I had to raise the claim for my order of 98 £. I supplied order no and other details including the time of purchase. Still declined to pay up. Be careful
