My transaction was back in September 2012. It tracked ok, but then nothing for months and months. I eventually had to complain to Quidco using LiveChat and that seems to have expedited it. The site itself was ok, nothing to set it aside from anything - but do not expect a quick turnaround. Hopefully this might be improved due to the Faster Paying mechanism.

Cashback did not track, having complied with the terms of the offer I then had to raise a cashback claim which was declined out of hand. This seems to be in keeping with the experiences of many others; caution is advised.

I'm a careful Quidcoer - followed all the rules on this site to get cashback with this company, and they've declined it. Seems to be a common theme. Avoid.

It took almost a full month to track having had to raise a claim, and then a further four months for the transaction to be confirmed. Very slow and unreliable. Had difficulty closing and account and there is also a minimum withdrawal limit in their T&C's which is hard to find.

Did not track - had to raise a claim. Claim information provided quickly and acknowledged quickly by Quidco. Weeks later the update is that the claim is refused. A seasons Quidco user knows not to use vouchers and to have a clean cache...so to be told my claim has been rejected as the payment has been made to another party is wrong, some may even go so far as to suggest that it is an insult or perhaps even a lie...you decide.

it took them over 7 months to process my cash back. i had to raise a claim and after 7 months they had processed the claim.
